 TIM’s RENDEZVOUS

While Tim's Rendezvous located @ 520 Niagara St is known as one of the area's coolest hangouts for drinks & live music; it is also the home of Buffalo's best Creole cooking. On our last visit, however, we bypassed their monstrous creole meetloaf po'boy sandwich and hearty gumbo and went straight for dessert: apple puff pastry - flakey crust, thinly sliced apples, cinnamon...topped with carmel sauce and whipped cream courtesy of Doc.              Tim's Rendezvous also contributed enough mouthwatering Gumbo to feed an army during                           Buffalobarfly's recent 1st Anniversary Party.

the LARAMIE PROJECT

Buffalo United Artists performed a very well presented version of the compelling story of how Laramie Wyoming responded to the brutal beating death of Matthew Sheppard, a gay Laramie teen.
