The WNY School of Bartending is adding to the menu!

Located at 8180 Main Street in Williamsville, the school will begin teaching blackjack dealers this fall. The program is the third for the vocational institution, which already has bartending and professional server curriculums.

In January of 2012, the growth goes on, as the WNY School of Bartending will offer a culinary course, to be managed by noted chef and instructor, Monte Dolce. Next June, the school will feature a master barber program.

Along with the above-mentioned classes, the WNY School of Bartending continues to host seminars covering a variety of topics, including creative cocktails, winetasting and, beginning in the fall, poker and gaming.

We are also licensed to provide TIPS instruction, the global leader in education and training in the responsible service, sale and consumption of alcohol.

Additionally, we provide catering and serve as consultants in the restaurant industry.
