We were recently treated to a "Sneak Preview" of downtown's newest dining experience, The Lodge on Chippewa.
Billed as the “Grand Unveil Gala” at The Lodge Bar and Grill, Buffalo’s newest dining and nightlife destination, this event offered a limited number of patrons exclusive access to view, taste and celebrate all that The Lodge has to offer before the establishment opens its doors to the general public.
Hosted by Co-Owner Peter Altholz, this "Sneak Preview" gave a select few the chance to experience this upscale, yet relaxed atmosphere and exciting new menu by Head Chef Fortune Macri. We sampled original appetizers such as the Venison Skewers and enjoyed cocktails on the upper level overlooking the main bar of this 6,000+ square foot newly renovated space.
The all-American outdoors-themed restaurant boasts two levels and three distinct environments. In the game room, patrons can play skee-ball, billiards, bubble hockey and more. The second level also has a bar, private lounge available for parties, and an outdoor balcony overlooking Chippewa.
Over $1 million has gone into transforming the space formerly occupied by party bars McMonkeez and Bayou into a brand new dining experience that could help transform Chippewa. The Lodge is now open daily at 11am for lunch & dinner. Click Here For The Rest.
