Saturday, we were treated to a seafood feast at Seabar. Having reserved the only seats left in the house that night - at the sushi bar, we were able to watch everything being made fresh. The sushi, oysters and other seafood goodies are some of the best in Buffalo. And, for our guests who don't like sushi, Seabar has an eclectic mix of hearty meals to satisfy just about any taste. Something non-seafood that I would highly recommend is the Chicken & Waffles. For some, this sounds like an odd combination, but the crispy fried chicken and the waffles with maple syrup compliment each other perfectly.
And, if you're just out for a few drinks and maybe some apps or sushi, the bar at Seabar is a great stop for your night out or happy hour party with an upscale, yet relaxed atmosphere, several craft beers on draft, and martini & wine selection.
If you're planning dinner, though, be sure to make reservations in advance because Seabar is almost always full.
