Flying Bison Beer was the talk of the town last weekend as founder Tim Herzog tapped a 5 gallon keg of "The Herc."  This preview of the unreleased 2010 Vintage Herc Barleywine was quite a hit.  Tim was there to answer questions and talk beer with guests who also enjoyed $3.50 pints of Flying Bison brews including: Summer Kolsch (a refreshing German-style Kolsch); Buffalo Lager (a light bodied golden beer); Rusty Chain (medium bodied Vienna style amber beer); and Aviator Red (Buffalo's favorite red ale). There was a beer themed food spread featuring Spar's Brats cooked in Buffalo Lager and Rusty Chain beer infused Gouda Mac n Cheese.
