The menu at the Snooty Fox Lounge is entitled Simple Pleasures. But the pleasures are anything but simple. Expertly prepared dishes including the familiar favorites, stuffed banana peppers and Maryland crabcakes or the amazing Tuna Carpacio with thinly sliced sashimi grade tuna with sea salt, cracked pepper, capers, extra virgin olive oil and fresh squeezed lime juice topped with arugula and shaved parmesan cheese. Then there's the Snooty Steak: an expresso rubbed beef tenderloin fillet, wrapped with prosciutto and grilled to perfection finished with gorgonzola butter and a chocolate reduction sauce topped with grilled asparagus spears-amazing! And don't forget dessert. The moist and delicious chocolate magma cake. Or the Snooty Seduction, a creamy dessert of canoli filling and whipped cream.
